wash. Subject...These vintage houses are all over Texas and the southwest. They are fun to find and sketch or paint. This one was in north Texas, with it garnish of wildflowers, cactus and longhorn cattle. It has the usual grand old shade tree. People have discovered them and love 'fixin' them up' to savor a special lifestyle of classic country in a natural setting. A time worn rutted road may hold a fine experience if you're free to explore.
