wash. Subject... The Cowboys are waiting for the beans and biscits. While they wait there's coffe and a banjo serenade to keep them happy. There are a lot of chuck wagons in Texas, still today. The hills beyond the grassland prarie are studded with scrub oaks, misquite and the deep green mountain cedar. typical of many areas of Texas. I grew up eating spiced beans... or what we called Ranch Style Beans...yum.
