Subject...Mr "Dead Last" stood for a portrait in Old Tucon by this artist. He is a single action shootist and western character... a real fun fellow. The cactus behind his was an important element that inspired this painting. It seemed to be in spirit with Mr. DL. It was a joy meeting chatting and painting the gentleman!
