This lovely, vintage building is used for many events and parties in the Three Village area of Long Island. Overlooking the old mill pond, surrounded by lush vegitation, trees and yes visited by regal swans, this is a wonderful treasure for the people of the local area. For a number of years I was fortunate to visit the picturesque environs of Long Island and paint in the cool summer weather of that region.
